Can I connect panel to other brand power station?
Yes, EBL Portable Solar Panel compatible with most generators on the market, included some popular brand. But suggest to use the same brand series Power Station for better use.
Why the solar can not produce 100W power when chargingto power station?
As you know the solar panels are affected by many factors such as the light intensity and the panel's angle put on the ground. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angel of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun.Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
Is the solar panel waterproof?
It is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing (Do not place it under the rain, or to soak in water for a long time). The zippers on the pocket can hold the power cords, and cover the power port.
What's the charging time for devices with solar panels?
Support 240W/300W/500W/1000W/2000W/2400W and most power station models on the market(not included), the charging time is determined by the solar light intensity.
