FAQ
❓ Why won’t the C9008 charge my batteries?
Please confirm the battery type and model. C9008 supports AA, AAA, C, D Ni-MH rechargeable batteries only. Make sure the batteries are inserted properly, with correct polarity. Try different batteries if necessary.
❓ Can I charge 8 batteries at the same time?
Yes, but make sure to use a 5V/2A or higher power adapter. Using a 1A adapter may result in slow or failed charging.
❓ Why doesn’t the USB port work?
Ensure you are using only one input cable (USB-C or Micro-USB). Do not connect both ports at the same time. Also try switching cables.
❓ Why does the LCD display show “Error”?
This may be caused by:
- Wrong polarity
- Damaged or over-discharged batteries
- Non-rechargeable batteries inserted
Double-check battery direction and compatibility. You may need to activate 0V batteries manually.
❓ The battery shows full, but re-inserting shows not full?
That’s normal.
- The charger takes 10–15 mins to re-detect full charge.
- It uses trickle charging to maintain charge, so leaving batteries in for an extra 30–60 mins is recommended.
❓ There are scratches on the LCD screen. Is it used?
No, the LCD screen is protected by a removable film. Scratches are on the film and caused during shipping. Please peel off the protective layer.
❓ Why is there no adapter included?
